Il font usato nel logo di ubuntu è disponibile con licenza LGPL.
E’ lontano da voi un

sudo apt-get install ttf-ubuntu-title

Ed è anche direttamente scaricabile qui per essere usato su altri s.o. (è di tipo otf, OpenType Font).

    Dato che l’otf su alcuni software windowsiani non va (vedi paint.net) c’è anche il formato ttf … qua è spiegato dove
